Transferring Tags to Maryland

If loan payments are still being made on the vehicle Maryland Express will request the title.

Lien information required, Out of State registration and Maryland insurance policy is needed. Fast turnaround if current title is in owner’s possession.

Temporary tags will be given if the vehicle is not inspected.

Tax breaks are given when processed within 60 days of moving to the State of Maryland.
